We all know how important it is to foster genuinely meaningful engagement. And we all use terms like engagement, participation and co-production on a regular basis. But are we all talking about the same things? Could you learn something from hearing about how others are using engagement in their own work, and how they’re measuring its impact? Or perhaps you have some successes you’d like to share, some learnings you think others could benefit from?
The Participation Agency is currently researching the ways in which organisations are using engagement, to what ends, and with what success, as well as exploring how the term is used and understood alongside other terms that are frequently relied upon.
The research, which takes the form of both a quantitative survey and a range of qualitative interviews, will culminate in an insight report to be published later in the year. If you would like to take part you can complete our short online survey here, or contact email@example.com for more information. Please also pass these details on to anyone else you think might be interested.
