Enterprise for All

We worked with HM Treasury and the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Community Banking team for more than six years on a programme of events sharing ideas about how enterprise can drive local regeneration. Thirteen events held in 12 locations from Plymouth to Manchester brought together more than 600 local enterprises, stakeholder groups and government representatives in a format which is seen as a best practice model by public, private and voluntary sectors.

The open space technique was used to run the events, allowing the participants to set their own agenda and making sure that each event was tailored to meet specific local concerns.

In total 168 different sessions were run, covering local, regional and national issues and resulting in concrete action plans for each area.
