User Voice

User Voice, a charity run by ex-offenders, ran a six-month programme of interviews and focus groups looking at reducing youth crime. We were then brought in to devise and deliver a final event so that young ex-offenders, policy-makers, commissioners and service providers could come together to highlight key issues, solutions and priorities.

Guardian coverage of User Voice

This was run as an open space event, facilitated by one of the young people we had trained and supported. A follow-up event was then organised to identify precise actions. During the project thirty young people were trained to work with open space as a process.
